Sofia, Underground is a documentary film exploring the Sofia Underground Performance Art Festival, a festival dedicated to the medium of performance art which has been challenging Bulgarian contemporary art since 1997. Through the eyes of the participating artists, the film documents the festival's impact and meaning over the years. In this edition of the festival, a new generation joins the movement.
